Once you have completed your order, i.e. successfully paid for it, no changes can be made to the order, its products or the pick-up location. This means that the order cannot be canceled after it has been placed either, as our warehouse starts processing orders immediately after they arrive.

However, you can always return all or part of the unopened products in your order within 14 days of receiving the order. Please note, however, that returns will be charged a return fee of €6.99 and any original postage fees. Returns to a store are free.
