Orders are currently collected and sent from our warehouse within 1-5 business days due to the large number of orders.

Processing time at our warehouse

All orders are usually shipped from our warehouse within two business days* (Mon-Fri)! 

The majority of orders sent to the capital region, Turku and Tampere, which reach us by 9 pm on a weekday, will be delivered on the next working day, if Posti is chosen as the transport company. Orders placed through Postnord leave our warehouse on the same business day if the order arrives before 2 p.m.

Order delivery time

The shipping company's delivery time to the pick-up point or recipient's address depends on the selected shipping company and delivery method.

  • Postnord usually 1-2 business days.
  • Post usually 1-2 business days, in northern Finland usually 3-4 business days.

The transport time estimate is calculated from the day the delivery has left our warehouse. The transport companies are responsible for the delivery times of the transport companies.

Order collection time at our warehouse

Delivery time

Postnord / DPD 2-4 business days in the Nordic countries and 2-6 business days in Europe.

Posti delivery to Nordic countries and Europe 2-7 business days.

EU territory

Orders delivered to the EU region include all taxes and fees. Orders are delivered with delivered duty paid (DDP).

Yeppo&Soonsoo orders are all sent from our warehouse in Finland.

Rest of the world (not EU region)

Value added tax (VAT) is added to all orders delivered outside the EU.

Duties and taxes are added to orders delivered outside the EU based on the value of the order. The transport company will not deliver the order until the necessary taxes and customs fees have been paid to the local customs by the customer.

All orders outside the EU are delivered as DDU (delivery duty unpaid) deliveries.

Returns in Finland

If you want to return your order in whole or in part, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the products. You can make a return notification by sending an email to info@yepposoonsoo.com. Alternatively, you can also return the products directly to our store Yeppo&Soonsoo at Mall of Tripla.

We always charge a return fee of €6.99 for all returns. Read more about return costs in the next section.

After notification, the products to be returned must be sent or delivered to our Mall of Tripla store without delay, at the latest within 14 days of the return notification. The products must be packed carefully so that they are not damaged during transport.

Exchange and return is possible when the product is unopened (cosmetics and make-up), unused and in its original packaging. Opened and used products cannot be returned. ​For health and hygiene reasons, the right to return does not apply to jewellery.

If the product has become unsellable due to the customer's use or operation, the customer is responsible for the full value of the product and we will deduct the original price of the product from the amount to be refunded.

We process returns in the order they arrive, however no later than 7 days after the products are returned to our warehouse. We will send a notification by e-mail when the return has reached us. We will refund the refundable amount within 7 days of the products' arrival to us using the payment method you used in the original purchase transaction, unless otherwise agreed. Depending on the service provider, the refund delay is about 2 days. You will always receive a notification from the payment intermediary and us that the money has been returned.

The costs of €6.99 are always deducted from the return amount for products returned by mail. No return costs are charged for returns to the store.

In addition, the original delivery costs of the order will also be deducted if the value of the order has met the limit of free delivery at the time of ordering, but after the return, the value of the order does not qualify for the selected free delivery. Delivery costs are deducted according to the original delivery method used. This also applies to returns to stores.

If, for example, the value of your order has exceeded the limit of 45 euros and you have received free delivery through PostNord, but after returning the products the value of the order no longer meets the required minimum amount of 45 euros for free pick-up point delivery, the price of PostNord's pick-up point delivery, i.e. €4.89 in addition to the return cost of €6.99, will be deducted from the amount to be returned.

If the customer returns rewards redeemed with loyalty points during the order, such as a product, gift card, discount code and discounts in €, they are not converted back into points after the return, but the points and benefits are counted as used. That is, if you have used, for example, a gift card redeemed with points when ordering, but you make a return, the gift card you used will not be returned to the loyalty account to be used again.

  

The customer must take into account the package storage times at the pick-up point and the delivery times for home deliveries. If the package is not picked up within the storage period, an attempt has been made to deliver the order to the wrong address (an incorrect address has been entered for the order) or the customer has not received the delivery arrival message due to the wrongly entered phone number, the package will be returned to the sender. We charge a delivery and handling fee of €6.99 for uncollected shipments.

 

If you have received a defective product, contact our customer service at info@yepposoonsoo.com. Notification of a defective product must be made within a reasonable time, no later than 2 months after receiving the product.

If the package is damaged in transit, please contact the shipping company that delivered the order.

Please note that any allergic reaction or sensitization caused by the use of a product is not covered by error liability or complaints. All products sold by Yeppo & Soonsoo are CPNP approved, which means that they meet the requirements of EU cosmetics legislation.

Even though the safety of the products is ensured, it still does not eliminate the possibility of an individual consumer being allergic or sensitive to an ingredient. If you notice that the product causes allergy symptoms, redness or other symptoms, stop using it immediately.

Returns in Sweden and Europe

If you want to return one of the products you ordered, contact our customer service at info@yepposoonsoo.com.

The customer is responsible for all costs related to the return. The shipping cost of the return is the same as the shipping cost of the order to the selected country. In addition, we charge a normal return fee of €6.99.

If you have received a defective product, contact our customer service at info@yepposoonsoo.com. Notification of a defective product must be made within a reasonable time, no later than 2 months after receiving the product.

If the package is damaged in transit, please contact the shipping company that delivered the order.
