Yakgwa Club loyalty program

Yakgwa Club has been implemented in collaboration with the Finnish innovation company ReceiptHero, and operates with its application. At ReceiptHero, you will also find many other loyalty programs, so you don't need multiple different apps on your phone to benefit from Yeppo's glowing rewards.

You will find several stamp cards in the app, such as one that accumulates with every 30 euro purchase, which, when filled, gives you -30% off one regular-priced purchase.

Additionally, you will find our monthly loyalty customer offers in the app.

You can securely save your payment card in the ReceiptHero app, after which you will automatically earn stamps and benefits on your purchases when shopping at Yeppo's stores or online.

In the online store, identification is done according the email address, so please use the same email address for ReceiptHero as you do when making purchases in our online store.

Use of benefits

When you have filled your stamp card or want to take advantage of a loyalty offer, you can redeem the benefit in-store at the checkout by selecting "Redeem reward" in the app. Show the reward redemption to the staff member. Not valid at the Oulu xGodies store.

In the online store, you can use the benefits by selecting "Redeem in the online store" under the benefit or stamp card in question in the app. Enter the discount code you received at the online store checkout in the "Discount code or gift card" field.

Please note that the code is only available for a moment, so activate the code when you are ready to complete your order.

Identification between Yeppo's online store and ReceiptHero takes place with an email address. Therefore, for your purchases in Yeppo's online store, use the same email address that you used to register for the ReceiptHero application.

Register for the service and add your payment cards that you use when making purchases. You can add more cards to your account.

After registering the payment card, our cash register will recognize your payment card automatically, and you will receive coupon stamps and receipts in your ReceiptHero customer account immediately.

Your card details remain secret, including from us.

At the moment, loyalty only works in the Finnish stores and online store, not in Swedish stores.

When you join Yeppo's loyalty system for the first time, you get a -25% discount coupon, which you can use for one normal-priced purchase in our store .

For every purchase worth 30 euros, you get one stamp on the Yeppo stamp card for the ReceiptHero application. For purchases over 60 euros, you get 2 stamps, etc.

After collecting 10 stamps, you get a -30% discount on one regular-priced purchase in our store.

You can find more stamp cards in the application.

For the time being, it is possible to use the benefits accumulated with the stamp cards only in our stores.

Using benefits collected with stamp cards is currently only possible in Yeppo & Soonsoo stores in Finland (excl. Godies x Yeppo in Oulu).

It will be possible to use the benefits in the online store during the current year.

If you have joined the ReceiptHero application as a regular customer according to the instructions or have already been a regular customer through ReceiptHero before January 2024, but the online store purchases or accumulated stamps do not appear in ReceiptHero, please contact ReceiptHero's support at support@receipthero.io .

No, loyalty is only available through the ReceiptHero phone app.

With ReceiptHero, we aim to protect your privacy, because you no longer have to tell your name or email address in the store, and your transactions will be much faster and smoother. Your payment card and our smart cashier program take care of the job so that all information is transferred directly from us to your customer account in an instant and you don't need a separate paper receipt, so together we can save paper and nature!

The purpose of ReceiptHero is to speed up your transactions in our store and secure the safe use of your data, which is why we no longer process your customer data in any way in the store and thus cannot add points manually.

Therefore, points are not accumulated if you pay for your purchase in cash.

At the moment, loyalty only works in Finnish stores (exc. Oulu) and the online store, not in Swedish stores.

Until Yeppo & Soonsoo is found in your nearest city (and we get the loyalty system up and running there), you can still make excellent and affordable purchases at Yeppo's online store.
