You can find all our up-to-date payment methods at checkout. We regularly accept Paytrail's payment methods, including online payment, bank card, credit card, PayPal and MobilePay.

Terms

If you do not pay your order on time, we reserve the right to charge a fixed late fee of five euros for each payment reminder (in addition to the late payment interest according to the Interest Act). You have the opportunity to prove that the actual damage has been significantly lower than this fixed payment or that no damage has occurred at all.

By accepting these terms, you agree that we will send you invoices and other receipts exclusively in electronic form to your email (remember to check your spam!).

We reserve the right not to accept certain payment methods and, accordingly, to accept payments only from certain countries and/or recommend using another payment method. If you pay by card, we reserve the right to make a margin reservation at the time of ordering to secure the payment. The payment will only be debited from your account when the products are shipped from our warehouse.

Paytrail Oyj will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Oyj will forward the payment to the merchant. For complaints, please contact the website the payment was made to.
