If you don't have a ReceiptHero membership yet, follow the instructions below to appload the application and take advantage of Yeppo's loyalty program right away! Installation only takes a couple of minutes.

Download the ReceiptHero app to your phone. You will find it for iPhone and for Android. The loyalty program can only be used via the app.

Identification between Yeppo's online store and ReceiptHero takes place with an email address. Therefore, for your purchases in Yeppo's online store, use the same email address that you used to register for the ReceiptHero application.

Register for the service and add your payment cards that you use when making purchases. You can add more cards to your account.

After registering the payment card, our cash register will recognize your payment card automatically, and you will receive coupon stamps and receipts in your ReceiptHero customer account immediately.

Your card details remain secret, including from us.

At the moment, loyalty only works in the Finnish stores and online store, not in Swedish stores.

When you join Yeppo's loyalty system for the first time, you get a -25% discount coupon, which you can use for one normal-priced purchase in our store .

For every purchase worth 30 euros, you get one stamp on the Yeppo stamp card for the ReceiptHero application. For purchases over 60 euros, you get 2 stamps, etc.

After collecting 10 stamps, you get a -30% discount on one regular-priced purchase in our store.

You can find more stamp cards in the application.

For the time being, it is possible to use the benefits accumulated with the stamp cards only in our stores.

Using benefits collected with stamp cards is currently only possible in Yeppo & Soonsoo stores in Finland (excl. Godies x Yeppo in Oulu).

It will be possible to use the benefits in the online store during the current year.

If you have joined the ReceiptHero application as a regular customer according to the instructions or have already been a regular customer through ReceiptHero before January 2024, but the online store purchases or accumulated stamps do not appear in ReceiptHero, please contact ReceiptHero's support at support@receipthero.io .

In addition, with the loyalty program, you collect stamps for yourself through challenges, which when you collect them all, you get an advantage to use for your purchase in the store.

No, loyalty is only available through the ReceiptHero phone app.

With ReceiptHero, we aim to protect your privacy, because you no longer have to tell your name or email address in the store, and your transactions will be much faster and smoother. Your payment card and our smart cashier program take care of the job so that all information is transferred directly from us to your customer account in an instant and you don't need a separate paper receipt, so together we can save paper and nature!

At the moment, loyalty only works in Finnish stores (exc. Oulu) and the online store, not in Swedish stores.

Until Yeppo & Soonsoo is found in your nearest city (and we get the loyalty system up and running there), you can still make excellent and affordable purchases at Yeppo's online store.

After you have activated ReceiptHero and followed the Yeppo&Soonsoo store in the application, you will find your valid discount coupons and those valid at any given time challenges.

The challenge means different ways to collect stamps in Yeppo's stores. For example, after collecting 10 stamps with your purchases in the Stamp Card challenge, you will receive a 30% discount code to use in the Yeppo store.

Each challenge has an explanation of how to collect stamps from each challenge. For example, in the stamp card challenge, you get a stamp every time you shop in the store for at least 30 euros. That is, a €30 purchase = 1 stamp. A €60 purchase or two separate €30 purchases = 2 stamps, and so on. Purchases must be made with a payment card saved in ReceiptHero, and with the same email address as you have used for registering to ReceiptHero in webstore, so that they are saved in your loyalty account.

The purpose of ReceiptHero is to speed up your transactions in our store and secure the safe use of your data, which is why we no longer process your customer data in any way in the store and thus cannot add points manually.

Therefore, points are not accumulated if you pay for your purchase in cash.

We cooperate with a Finnish innovation company, whose ReceiptHero application allows you to get all your Yeppo receipts directly to your phone, so you can check which product you have bought and when, as well as collect different stamps and use them to get amazing discounts and offers!

In our online store, the so-called the old loyalty program has ended and from now on we only have loyalty through ReceiptHero.
