1. Becoming a Loyal CustomerÂ
You can easily become a regular customer by creating an account in our online store.
Your account will work immediately in our online store and within about 2 business days in our brick-and-mortar store.
Note! If you have made a purchase in a brick-and-mortar store and you didn't have an account at the time, but you would like to add points to your account, keep the receipt and come to the store with your receipt (for example, with your next purchase) or send us an Instagram dm or send an e-mail to info@yeppo .fi, and we will help you increase your points.
2. Accumulation of points
You collect points for every purchase you make in the online store automatically. For every euro you spend, you get 1 point. Points can also be accumulated in a brick-and-mortar store. Then we will ask you for your name during the purchase and add the points for you. Unfortunately, you cannot add brick-and-mortar points to your account.
3. Use of Points
Online shop:
From the menu on the left side of the screen, you can select the product or discount you want to exchange points for. Once the points have been exchanged, you will see a discount code that you can enter at the checkout (not in the comments section). Update 23.07.2022. The code can be used together with other discount codes.
     In the brick and mortar store in Tripla, Jumbo, Ratina:
Our professional staff will tell you about the options, e.g. discount code, monetary discount or product and will exchange the points for the product or discount on your behalf. You will receive the product immediately.
4. Points Due
The points you collect do not expire, but since the reward products change every two months, we recommend you redeem your desired product/discount as soon as it is possible. If you don't have time to redeem the product, the code can no longer be used.
5. Reviews, following Instagram earn points
There are many ways you can support us. Writing reviews and following Instagram is one of them. At the same time, you add useful information that can help others make the right purchase decisions and help others find Yeppo, so that in the future we have even more selection and options for you and our other customers.
