Validity period:The gift card is valid for one year from the date of purchase. 

Where the gift card works: A gift card ordered online works both online and in stores, but when used in a store, the entire value of the gift card must be used at once. We recommend buying several gift cards if you are not sure that the recipient can use the entire gift card at once. In the online store, the gift card can be used in parts.

A physical gift card bought in a store only works in stores, so please contact info@yepposoonsoo.com if you want to use the gift card online. Please include the code on the back of the gift card in the message.

NOTE! It is not possible to use the gift card in the Oulu Godies x Yeppo & Soonsoo store.

Gift card delivery: A gift card purchased online will be delivered digitally to your e-mail, from which you can easily resend it to the recipient's e-mail. The gift card is delivered every day of the year within approx. 10 minutes of the purchase (if you have not received the gift card, check your spam box or contact our customer service). If you order a gift card and products in the same order and you want free delivery for the products, make sure that the total amount of the products is more than €45, because the gift card is a means of payment and not a product and thus it is not counted towards the minimum amount of the purchase that entitles you to free delivery.
