Skin1004 Hyalu-Cica First Ampoule is the perfect product to give the skin intensive hydration before other skincare steps. It brings plenty of moisture to the skin right after cleansing and improves the absorption of the active ingredients added next.

The multi-effect Centella Asiatica extract (92%) is known especially for its soothing and moisturizing properties. It also helps the skin regenerate, strengthens the skin's protective barrier and boosts collagen production. The antioxidants and amino acids in Centella Asiatica improve the general well-being of the skin and help repair damage caused by the sun's harmful radiation.

Hyaluronic acid binds moisture to the skin, and niacinamide fades hyperpigmentation and helps balance sebum production.

An ampoule is applied to the skin after toner and essence, before serum or moisturizer. An ampoule contains higher concentrations of active ingredients compared to a serum. Ampoule is intended to effectively treat specific skin problems, such as uneven skin tone or wrinkles. Pat the product onto the face with your hands. Always patch test new products to ensure they suit your skin, especially if you have sensitive skin. Apply a small amount to an area like the neck and wait 24–48 hours to check for any reactions.

If skin irritation, such as redness, swelling or itching occurs after use or exposure to sunlight, stop use of the product and consult a doctor if necessary. Do not use for broken skin. For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight. Avoid contact with eyes and rinse with water if the product gets into the eyes.

Centella's antioxidants calm the irritated by relieving inflammation and reducing redness. It also improves and regenerates the skin and supports collagen production. In addition, centella brightens and evens out the skin tone, helps the skin retain moisture and reduces the visibility of scars.

Centella can have many different names depending on which part of the plant has been used, or what kind of extracts and oils have been made from it; eg Centella Asiatica Extract, Centella Asiatica Leaf Extract and Centella Asiatica Root Extract. In many cultures, including Korea, centella is also known as Tiger grass or Tiger herb. The name comes from the legend that wounded tigers would seek out wild centella and rub themselves on the plant's leaves to heal.

Light, yet moisturizing ampoule. Absorbs quickly and makes the skin radiant. My sensitive skin loves this.

Feels good on the skin but really runny. It feels like it's not terribly enough.

The first product I've used that calms the skin significantly already on the first use. So super good! Definitely one of my new favorites! It also moisturizes, so that's a plus. I would recommend buying 100ml right away, because the composition is more runny compared to other serums, so the product is also consumed a little more than normal. Definitely worth testing!
