I have used this as a mask and sometimes “normally” as a conditioner. This has been good for my naturally wavy, dry, damaged and bleached hair. I bought the shampoo from the same series after trying this one and it has been amazing. Leaves hair smoother and softer. Nourishing conditioner/mask for dry hair at least.
