No.3 Velvet Beauty Cream is a face cream that makes the skin silky soft and serves as a good base for makeup. The cream helps increase the longevity of makeup and also helps the makeup apply more evenly.

Velvet Beauty Cream is designed for those who struggle with cakey and uneven makeup. It is a moisturizer that removes the need for a separate makeup primer in the morning routine. The cream works particularly well together with Numbuzin's No.3 toner and serum, promoting evenness, brightness and softness of the skin.

The skin-smoothing effect of the Velvet Beauty Cream does not come from silicone, as in many primer products, but from an alternative ingredient: Sodium Polyacrylate Starch, which is an environmentally-friendly and skin-friendly alternative to silicone.

Moisturizer is the important final step in the skincare routine. Apply after other skincare products excluding face oils and sunscreen. Always patch test new products to ensure they suit your skin, especially if you have sensitive skin. Apply a small amount to an area like the neck and wait 24–48 hours to check for any reactions.

If skin irritation, such as redness, swelling or itching occurs after use or exposure to sunlight, stop use of the product and consult a doctor if necessary. Do not use for broken skin.
