Clean it Zero Cleansing Balm Purifying is a gentle cleansing balm that removes makeup and impurities while soothing the skin.

"Due to the warmth of the hands and face, the balm melts on the skin into a light oil, blending with even thicker makeup and leaving the skin soft and hydrated."

Balmi contains extracts from 7 herbs that soothe irritated skin: Centella Asiatica extract, chamomile extract, licorice extract, rosemary extract, chamomile extract, Japanese knotweed extract, and Baikal skullcap extract.

Balmi is easy to rinse off with warm water and does not clog pores; instead, it mixes with hardened sebum and carries it away while emulsifying with water.

The cleansing balm is the 1st step of the skin care routine, e.g. for cleansing make-up, sunscreen and dirt: Rub a coin-sized dollop of the balm onto a dry face in circular motions, then wet your hands and rub the face again to emulsify the cleansing balm. Rinse off with luke-warm water and continue with step 2 cleansing (e.g. cleansing gel or foam).

If skin irritation, such as redness, swelling or itching occurs after use or exposure to sunlight, stop use of the product and consult a doctor if necessary. Do not use for broken skin. For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight. Avoid contact with eyes and rinse with water if the product gets into the eyes.

It's my favorite cleansing balm. It feels really pleasant to use and works well as the first step of double cleansing. I have combination skin, which was perfectly balanced, but I still have occasional acne.

Pleasant cleansing balm, does not irritate the skin

Tried the travel version and I like this more than the pink jar version of the same brand. Cleans off make-up, does not irritate the skin and the scent is not strong/irritating at all.
